Great products and excellent customer service! I have a drop foot and the ankle brace works well, is comfortable and easy to wear. I couldn’t be happier with my ankle brace/wrap support!

I was making a stupid mistake with my order, and Brian was very helpful at resolving the issue. I also had a very helpful conversation with a man on the phone about whether a pianist can wear the thumb brace and about sizing. I did find a picture of a pianist wearing the brace, so I think it will work. He was very honest by saying he wasn't sure because he hasn't received feedback from pianists.

When my order confirmation arrived, I realized that I'd ordered the wrong side brace. I called customer service, and after a brief wait the representative quickly cancelled my order and re-ordered the correct item for me. He was very friendly and efficient.

This brace is the best I have for my problem, and I have tried 5 different ones. This is the best at keeping the thumb joint from moving out away from the hand and fits under a work glove, albeit a very stretchy one. Materials and construction are excellent. Delivery was fast, directions are good, it seems a bit daunting, but once you find your best configuration, it is perfect. I will be ordering more.
