Exceptional customer service and response from the company

Every hand is different. I ordered a brace for my left hand which fits perfectly and is comfortable. So I ordered one for my right hand but the straps rub on the top of my hand and it hurts my MPC joint. After talking with the very helpful customer service we determined the next size up would be too large and not support my CMC joint. So I, knowing it will void the warranty, trimmed around the CMC joint and wear a compression glove under the brace when I need to wear it. I looked at other braces but this one is just so good at what it is designed to do.

I'm very pleased with the service I received from BraceLab after contacting them about a problem I had with the velcro on one of the straps. After providing the necessary information & photos, I received replacement braces. The braces have been very effective in relieving the arthritis pain in my hands. Thank you for the excellent service & products.

Great Customer Service

After bringing my hand brace to OT, they adjusted it for me and added cushioning around the perimeter. It is now very comfortable.

The first brace I ordered was too small, so after exchanging it (a quick and easy process) for the correct size, I was amazed how much better my thumb felt. I can use my hand without pain--even playing the piano--which was impossible before. I'm waiting for surgery in January, and am happy to have this brace so I can use my hand throughout the holidays.

Someone answered right away and I could understand them. Very courteous. Now let's hope the metagrip works!
