The time from the date I order my item to the time I received it, was just perfect. Beside I am very happy with my push meta grip, it has helped me a lot with the pain I was having.

When I voiced my opinion that my latest pair of thumb braces was not up to par... your customer service (cs) jumped all over it. taking down my detailed problem and clearly communicated when cs would get back to me. You detailed a process to rectify the situation. The email and form arrived the next day. I promptly filled out the form and was told cs would get back to me in 24 hrs. The next morning, less than 12 hrs later I was informed that a new set of braces were on their way! Rarely have i experienced a cs that moved swiftly, treated me with concern and respect and followed your own timetable so precisely. I will continue my praise of BraceLab and your products to those around me.

I ordered a PUSH Meta thumb brace for my wife. I am ending up having to return 3 wrong sizes to Amazon. When I called BraceLab directly, the rep on the phone politely explained that, due to your workings with Amazon, he could not do anything about the shipment of wrong size braces, but he did order me the correct size (and at a more affordable price than Amazon). Thank you!

This was my second purchase with this company (they were still HandLab the first time). Their site is easy to navigate, ordering was easy, and I received my product in a reasonable time. Their products are superior to others that may look the same, but, as I found out, are not nearly as comfortable to wear.
