Easy to use website

My Occupational Therapist gave me the information I needed to get the hand braces. Your website was easy to use. Thank you

This was my second order for this device. I lost my original device from a few years ago while traveling. Without it, I cannot drive more than 10-15 minutes without significant pain, so was very happy with the easy ordering and fast shipping!

First of all, the price was right. Ordering on line was easy and the item arrived in a reasonable time. No negative issues.

Customer service was great. I had to exchange my initial order for a bigger size and the process was seamless and easy.

As soon as I opened the package I knew that I had made the right purchase with such a supportive & comfortable cervical collar & very happy with the quality of the soft interchangeable cover a big plus for cleaning KUDOS BraceLab, Darryl V.T.

Service and time of order to shipping was beyond expected! The build of the brace is light weight and sleek! It does not hinder volleyball play at all!

Quick arrival, great product, plenty of user information
