Purchase & checkout was easy. Would be 5 stars, except they offer the same product on Amazon for $15 more! If I had not searched for other sources, I would not have seen the company home page.

The push braces, left and right, did what they were supposed to do, relieved pressure and pain on the cmc joint. However, some modifications were needed. The inside rim of the thumb hole was digging into my thumb. I used a heat gun to soften the plastic and bend the rim over a bit to give a curved edge. After wearing a few days, the skin on the back of my hands developed an allergic reaction to the Velcro straps. I cut up som socks to make liners. (I had received the braces a couple days before an extended trip, and wanted to keep wearing them as they provided relief. So, I did what I could with what was at hand.)

product may good for others but didn't work out for me, as this brace have inbuilt plastic device which gave me some allergic reaction, and couldn't wear anymore. But the product built very well and appropriate design for ortho related issues.

Very thorough descriptions of product. Videos very helpful. Had some technological problems. Picture of sizing chart would close unexpectedly.

Well despite being overpriced and of marginal materials the device works for thumb arthritis.

I had LRTI surgery, which left some residual pain. This brace helps a lot when using dumbbells and performing other tasks. However, I would suggest adding some kind of padding or liner to the underside, especially where the straps are to lift those a little bit away from the skin. The edges of the velcro rub when moving your hand in different ways and cause irritation. It does the job, but is it worth $95 for plastic and velcro? Absolutely not. Rating is inclusive of product and fast delivery only. Minus 1 star for price.

All Push braces are manufactured in Europe with high-quality materials, the Push MetaGrip in particular is made of a high temperature thermoplastic that can withstand being left in the front cab of your car on a hot day, machine washable, and will hold up to your daily activities for years. I suggest reaching out to our Support Team at 888-235-8221 to discuss the issues you are experiencing for potential solutions.
