Return on my first order, due to my mistake in choosing size, was easy and the quality of the product is superior. "You get what you pay for". I decided to order new ones for each hand. Too bad about the import fee this time. That gave me pause but quality overruled. The brace gives me so much relief!

The last brace I purchased was for ankle brace for mild sprain. It really helped. Kept me in my workouts and able feeling better. I have to wrist braces that I use for weightlifting. Had them for years. Also works

The original braces my husband was measured and fitted for twisted and buckled behind the ankle and did not offer the support he needed. After speaking with Christine (via email), a smaller size was sent to him and they fit much better. The braces now give him the support he needs to walk more confidently without the constant fear of falling. We are very happy with the product and the customer service!

This brace was for my 89-year old Mother who was suffering badly from a fractured vertebrae. I was hoping this brace would help. Sadly, the brace was too large. The only reason we didn’t try ordering a smaller size wa that her doctor recommended a different course of action. I was very grateful that you allowed me to return the brace for a full refund. Thank you so much.

My wrist has been really achey. Since I started wearing this brace every day for almost a week it has NOT bothered me. I did take a nap in it and that probably wasn’t the best to do. Otherwise I am hoping this is healing whatever May be going on with my wrist.

Easy to work with

Product works great, purchased previously, then misplaced, tried to get into acct online, unsuccessful. I called, spoke with customer service staff, who were great at pulling my prior order and placing the new order with no hassles, just kindness and a real person!

I simply measured my hand per instructions and placed order on line. I received updates on shipping status. A few days later Metagrip arrived in great condition with excellent packaging and directions. It helps tremendously with supporting my thumb movement. I can confidently grip coffee cups, bottles, twist off lids, etc., and the Metagrip has significantly reduced amount of pain/discomfort when performing all of these gripping and turning tasks. Since it is a discreet brace, I can wear it under gloves and comfortably throughout the day. I am extremely happy I purchased it.
