A doctor recommend your brace for thumb pain. I found that the brace quickly helped to alleviate the thumb pain. I am still trying to figure out how many hours a day I should wear the brace, since it does not appear I need it all day. It really made a significant difference with my thumb pain.

They make a great Meta Grip brace that is not comparable to the cheaper models that are out there on Amazon and other websites. It's great in quality and supports exactly where it needs to to alleviate pain. If you are undecided on size and you're right on the cusp of the measurements that they provide, I would suggest going up one. Great customer service (live person immediately)!
