Had a stitching issue with my sons thumb brace. Troy and team did great taking care of it! He immediately approved a replacement, shipped it out ASAP and sent a prepaid shipping label for me to send out the first one. Very easy to work with! Thanks Troy!

I purchased my first MetaGrip and signed up for a non-medical account. The process was smooth and predictable with no surprises. I like the clear and thorough way instructions for choosing the best size are presented as well as the reasonable policies for returns in case of difficulties. One gets the impression of a company that is genuinely cares about helping their customers.
