I ordered the Push metagrip thumb brace. Unfortunately, it wasn't comfortable and I returned. I was grateful for the great customer service, both in ordering the product and the return process.

Great customer service after the sale. I could not figure out how to activate the device after I received it. So I called the 800 number and was greeted by a real human being who was not only kind, but empathetic as well. She directed to the web site where I was able to locate the video of exactly how to manipulate the device appropriately.

These are the best braces available for arthritis in the base of the thumb. That said, they're super pricy for what is essentially plastic and velcro. Nonetheless, they're worth the price.
