Product arrived quickly. Did not fit well. Phone consult with your staff helped to pinpoint problem. Awaiting corrected size of thumb guard to arrive.

I am 6’4”, 205 lb. 70 year old who is still an aggressive snow skier. I bought two braces, one for each of my tired, old knees. There is no question that the braces helped me get through four back-to-back days of skiing. I only wish that the leaf springs were stiffer or that there was an option for an additional leaf or two to add even more shock absorption and rebound. I am curious as to whether your engineers tested the braces under snow skiing conditions. A bit more stiffness and I would have given the braces five stars!

Fast, easy ordering and quick delivery. The brace itself fits snugly and my PT was able to trim it to avoid chafing.

I had to return the device because it was too small. They exchanged without a hassle.

Brace seems to help somewhat with pain in wrist, but certainly isn't perfect for function or comfort. Personally, I need more time using the brace to make any definitive statements on efficacy.

All good. I got measured by a professional for a size 1, but it feels a little small.

The brace really helps tremendously. My pain is reduced to a minimum level. Only 4 stars because I am a foodie and it’s too restrictive when I try to use a chefs knife and other cooking utensils. Definitely worth the investment and glad I bought it.
