While your items were ordered separately and therefore shipped in separate boxes, we did allow you to return both items together in one box using a single return label to make the process easier and more cost-effective. We’re also sorry that the thumb brace did not provide the comfort you were hoping for.

For that type of support, we recommend the MetaGrip brace. Twila, Thank you for your review. It sounds like the brace you received may not be the best fit for your needs. You might want to take a look at our other ankle brace options, which offer more secure ankle stabilization.
