Great ease of ordering Quality of velcro has deteriorated very rapidly thus have to reorder and it is very expensive. Dont mind spending it once but the velcro has frayed very rapidly and looks unprofessional and unclean when wearing. The support is very good. Wish there was a guarantee for velcro quality so my braces can be replaced for free. I may send my patients to Hand therapist to fabricate so insurance will pay for it.

Purchased a thumb brace and it was too small so ordered another. Sent email and didn't get response so I called 1-800 number and Brian was very helpful. Immediately received return label via email. Great service and thanks for using USPS for your shipping.
