I received a pair of thumb braces in a timely manner with clear instructions. The braces have provided excellent reduction and at times relief from OA joint pain in both thumbs. I can easily don and doff each brace as needed when working out or when performing work duties as a pediatric physical therapist.

The device is excellent quality and is helping my thumb. When the Post Office temporarily lost the shipment the agent at Brace labs was very supportive and willing to help me. In the end the Post Office did deliver the item and I did not need the offered help.
