Awesome customer service! I ordered two different sizes of the brace I needed because I straddled the sizes. Once I decidddmin the right size, the return and refund of the brace I didn’t need was so easy.

I ordered a brace for CMC arthritis on the recommendation of my orthopedic surgeon. Unfortunately, I was not able to fit it comfortably to my hand. I called customer service promptly and explained the situation. The representative was very helpful in assisting me to make a return of the brace. I appreciate their responsiveness to their customer's needs. I would be confident to order another product from them at a future time.

The brace for my CMC joint arthritis is an enormous help. It reduces the pain associated with using my thumb and helps restore the function so I can grip things and pick things up that I could not without the brace.

Great product! Best I have tried. I bought the sports wrist brace. After surgery bone on bone. Brace allows me to play golf, yard work etc. In fact I bought 2 more last year and rotate them. It’s hot in Florida and I just throw them in the washer and I am good to go. The sports brace offers the perfect amount of support and flexibility for my activities.
