I found your online ordering form somewhat confusing…I was not able to double check my order before I purchased it (to check size, etc) and wasn’t able to check that my order will go to a different address than the address on my credit card. It also was not clear that there would be no shipping fee included with my order.

I am having more pain in my thumb when trying to pickup items with my thumb and pointer finger from the brace than i had not useing it at all.. This does me no good if I can't use my hand.

The brace works great when I wear a 8 inch work boot but when I wear a low cut hiking shoe I still have the foot drop. So I can’t really give you a 5 star rating
