I recently ordered a thumbs CMC joint brace that my doctor recommended. My hand measured right between two sizes. I ordered one and upon receipt of it realized that it hurt the base of my thumb. I emailed customer support and they quickly sent me a return label. After I received the new size a few days later, sadly, it too hurt my very arthritic thumb. I emailed again and they, again, sent me the turn label. The brace was beautifully made, but it just wasn’t right for me. Their customer support so helpful, professional and prompt. I truly appreciated their help and willingness to take back not 1 but 2 braces. I would recommend this company to anyone. They’re top notch!

After having tried several different types of braces, this one allows me to do my exercises with the support I need for my wrist.

Although, I didn’t need to return the brace- I like that I had the option if I didn't buy the correct size, at no charge! The brace is really high quality and will definitely last a very long time!
