It was not user friendly. It was difficult getting to checkout and finding how to use my credit card rather than PayPal.

This brace was recommended to me by physical therapist, the company web site and service to order were great. The brace itself is primarily a ridged plastic piece around the thumb at its base. I find it to be very uncomfortable. A little padding would make it more comfortable and something I would be able to use.

I don't know if the brace was too small but it bruised my wrist all the way to my forearm. I wore it for about 6 hours and the next day I was bruised and sore.

While ordering had a message saying free shipping will be applied at check out. Selected USPS for shipping then went to check out saw the shipping was free. Went to check out had messaging saying shipping option was not selected (which it was). Tried 4 times got same message. Went back and Reselected USPS then was charged $8.99 for shipping.

I bought this brace hoping I could avoid a custom made brace. It did not work. It did not provide enough support for my thumb and it irritated places on my hand.

First of all, I believe their customer service is excellent. However, the item we ordered seemed overpriced for the type of construction and labor involved. It certainly was not designed to prevent an ankle roll that many individuals have along with the drop foot problem. We had to return it. So while the product was poor, the service was great and balanced out into the mid-range.
