The website is easy to use and it’s easy to place an order. The prices are ridiculously high and they don’t take any insurance. So you’re on your own.

Cant get logged in. I created account and keychain did not log password. I tried to retrieve password and lost password tool didn't work. UPDATE--They responded to me and I eventually got logged in. Not easy to do business with. I had to jump through more hoops to leave this reply. They seem to be responsive but have web support issues. Not easy to do business with.

I like the brace, it helps a lot with the hypermobility of my thumb joint, but I am sad that it was priced so high, considering the materials used. $50 or even $70 might be acceptable enough, but $100+ feels very opportunistic. Having to try to find money to buy so many braces as recommended by my Drs is hard enough, but the common thread of high prices for basic materials is deeply depressing. I wish outlets such as this would be more considerate of how many people have put themselves into debt by investing in body braces like this one just to try to live their lives semi-normally again. The medical device sector seems especially soulless and I hate having to buy into it as a customer.

The Push MetaGrip is made out of a high temperature thermoplastic that is durable, will stand up to high temperatures, machine washable, and typically can last multiple years. It will also get softer and more conformed to you as you wear it more, like a pair of good leather shoes. There is also an L-code/HCPCS code to help you seek reimbursement for the brace from your insurance agency if you wish to do so. I came really evaluate my experience since I have not yet gotten my refund. The product was probably proper, but very uncomfortable to wear for me even trying different adjustments and wearing it for different tasks. I returned it but have not gotten acknowledgment or a refund, so customer service is way less than stellar.

The nylon strip that runs through the web of your hand needs to be reinforced. It wears out too quickly. I did make you aware of this before and you did replace my first set of thumb supports. I’ve bought two sets since and the design/ quality is the same.

The Stored Payment and Billing Agreement parts of your website are problematic and confusing. Both lead to "dead end navigation." Technical support via chat with Elle was excellent, however.
