It's comfortable to wear and works as expected. I can even wear it when playing guitar. The only minor negative is that when gripping something round like steering wheel the palm of you hand can get pinched between the brace and the thing your gripping.

Love the product, I tried to by a cheaper version on amazon and it was terrible. It hurt my hand even more. This product is great, fits perfect and most importantly it helps my arthritis and carpel tunnel pain. I am on a computer 8 hours a day, with this brace I am able to work the full day without major pain. Would absolutley reccomend this product
