I was in great pain from a compressed fracture in my L1. I knew I needed the TLSO brace in order to get relief. It is just what I need to be able to get by through the day without pain. I wear it driving, especially since that is really a flareup for me. I take it off and leave it in the car while I go into my errands and it’s quick and easy to put back on and go again.
