Poor delivery
Good Morning. I have yet to receive the items. Unfortunately you use the USPS for delivery. They offer poor service. They do not live by their motto. I ordered other items in the same day this order was placed. They were received on New Year’s Eve. That company used FedEx. I ordered your items because I was informed that they would be received in 2 days. I Wish you would change your delivery services. I am in desperate of your items.

Being advertised for wide legs
Being advertised for wide legs(including thigh) and using measurements according to your size guide, it doesnt stay up and keeps rolling down. I bought them for work as I work 12 hour night shift. I was getting excited about these as I have hard time with compression socks.

The Velcro is way too tight rendering…
The Velcro is way too tight rendering the brace useless as I cannot get it off

Products ineligible for return
Products came in a timely manner but did not fit. Insert sheet indicated products could be returned. Turns out they were not eligible for return, so why the sheet was inserted is puzzling at best. I think an ineligibility for return statement should pop up as a warning prior to finalizing purchase.

Confusing Sizing Chart
Made sure to get measured multiple times and match it to the sizing chart, and i still received two braces that do not fit at all and I am not able to return them and I am now out of all that money.

While some braces fit well for certain individuals, others may find the sizing or design unsuitable due to differences in leg shape and movement. The Velcro straps come loose when I walk around
The Velcro straps come loose when I walk, and the brace slides down to my ankle. I really don’t understand how this happens! I tighten the brace when I put it on and every time it loosens itself and slides down🥺
