Ridiculous return/ exchange process and policy. I've already over payed for shipping im not going to pay it again. The customer is expected to first mail in a request form for returns. This return policy is designed to make you eat the loss.

Regarding the original shipping cost: The shipping fee on your order was based on the shipping option selected at checkout. We do offer free standard shipping on orders over $35 (before discounts and taxes), which is available for customers who prefer not to pay for expedited or upgraded shipping.
