Disappointing experience — check the upgrade requirements before subscribing I signed up for BPM Supreme’s regular plan, but when I tried to download a song, I was told I needed to upgrade. The price went from $24.99 to $30.99, which I accepted. Then I was told I had to upgrade again to download the track. That felt misleading and frustrating. I also didn’t find the Top 40 selection very useful for my needs; the service seems better suited to club DJs than wedding DJs. When I contacted them to request a refund and cancel, I found the response rude. I cancelled immediately. I’d recommend checking carefully which plan includes the music you want before signing up.

Horrible service. I researched online and BPM Supreme was the top suggestion so I subscribed in good faith as there is no way to see what is available without subscribing. There was not 1 song I was looking for so I canceled immediately and didn't download anything or use the service. They are refusing to give me a refund and keep giving me the run around with no clear options. No DJ should ever use this site, the business strategy is completely unethical.

Viel zu teuer für das was man kriegt und das Kündigen des Abos ist sehr kompliziert. Hatte das Abo einmal schonmal gekündigt per E Mail das wurde aber nicht akzeptiert also musste ich nochmal den vollen Preis für einen Monat zahlen für ein Abo was ich garnicht nutze weil es schlecht ist.

When you buy basic everthing is locked, i then paid 69 dollars for the most expensive package and they dont even give you the basics. Im not paying 69 dollars a month for them to not have take it off by Fisher

I was looking for 80s music all genres and it's limited in my opinion. Be careful, it is strictly no refund and I think is poor business practice. You cannot check library before joining so buyer beware.

Es una estafa clarisima, pagas 25 euros por canciones que ni siquiera van a tiempo bien, ni se revisan, esto es una verguenza. Y sin hablar de la calidad malisima de las canciones y del trato con atencion al cliente. Que si soy honesto no se ual es peor.

I do not recommend it to anyone! Had to subscribe and pay $68 for 1 month then after no more than 30 minutes I realised it’s not that impressive, I download few tracks but after 30 mins I contacted their support teams to cancel and even asked them to pro rata the 30 mins I used it for, they said that unfortunately this is not possible.
