fast shipping. poor customer service. I bought 7 products. opened 2 to try the tastes and they were awful. taste so fake. I am in the process of trying to return the unopened items for a refund. it has taken over a week to get the return shipping label and all they want to give me is a store credit. return process just seems very unorganized and not to helpful. This is my first time using this product and as I am not satisfied, you think customer service would be a little more helpful.

The 1M.R Prework out makes me feel either nauseous or like I'm about to die of a stroke. Their powders also do not dissolve well. I have tried 3 of their product and they all leave a huge amount of powder at the bottom of my cup NO MATTER HOW LONG OR HOW HARD I SHAKE MY BOTTLE.

Was told I would get free creatine from the site. No creatine sent and was told it was only while supplies last. The website didn't say that as they were telling me how much more I needed to spend to get it. Received my order minus the creatine and 1 of my products was the wrong flavor. I wrote bpi. Was told to send a picture of the wrong product and never heard back from them and it has been 2 weeks

I love BPI products but I am very upset with how long it took for my supplements to get delivered. It took 2 weeks for my products to arrive.

My order said it would arrive in 4-6 business days. It arrived in 11. Also sent me the wrong size of my best BCAA's. I ordered a larger container and instead got a small one. There is also no scoop in my creatine. I called customer service and got no help.

I had complained about the poor website performance making it hard for to search for products and info. It would either freeze or take you to a page with complete different items or sometimes blank pages. I ended up making a purchase for pack of 2 products with a free cup. I emailed to let them know I didn't receive my cup. They answered my email that they would fix the situation and to this day no cup or follow up email have been sent to me. I was highly recommended by my coworkers so I figured they know best since they're really into the supplement world. Well my first time experience was far from what they described to me .

The product is great. But I am still waiting for an order placed 2 weeks ago. They just keep saying it will ship in a couple days.

I love the products can't bash that. Now customer service is another story. I ordered something on July 21, 10 days later still no product. I reach out to customer service and it takes at least 4 days for them to get back to me. That's ridiculous. Bottom line I've still only gotten half my order almost a month later.
