Terrible!
Terrible! I have used BPI in the past, but will never again. They run a sale and I placed an order on line, and they cancel for no apparent reason or none that they can explain to me. I will never do business with BPI again through their site or any other site. Mike Green

After waiting a couple of days
After waiting a couple of days, my expedite order was flagged as a high risk and canceled without any further explanation. I never experienced something like that in my lifetime before. With the same Chase credit card I keep shopping online without any problems. I certainly know that I won't order from BPI Sports anytime again.

I took atleast a week to receive a…
I took atleast a week to receive a rwponce from them.. I ending up using the product that I order accidentally thinking about they don't respond and just deal with it instead of waiting my money!

Customer service response was SO SLOW
Customer service response was SO SLOW, I'm talking like 5 days. shipping was PAINFULLY SLOW, it took almost a week for my order to be processed, then another week and a half for shipment. At that point I already bought other supplements and should have just stuck to the other company. if you are not satisfied at all with your BPI supplement you don't even get your money back, you get more BPI products... I don't want more BPI products.

Very poor communication
Very poor communication. Have been trying to get a return label for over 2 weeks now and haven’t gotten anything. All I got was an email, with a rep being a smart a$$ about it. Ordered directly from their site and the package came through with an amazon box. Will never order from these guys again!
