I ordered my BCAA's from BPI weeks ago …
I ordered my BCAA's from BPI weeks ago they haven't arrived. The tracking info I received as shown zero updates this entire time and apparently the shipping service is still waiting for the package to be there. Customer service has been VERY slow in responding and I am just wondering if I'll ever receive my product. I ordered my product on November 29th and it is now December 11th. They promised delivery about a week ago. I understand it's the holiday season and shipping is slow and very hectic, but I have received no notifications or news of any kind as to the status of my order.

Customer service is not very good
Customer service is not very good. Asked for product exchange bc the soda bcaa’s taste really bad. At first they say sure we will exchange, then haven’t heard anything back from them going on 3 weeks now. Other than that their protein and other bcaa’s aren’t bad at all

Snow cone BCAA water enhancer
The ordering process was quick and painless, but I am not a fan of this one product. I had the snow cone flavor of the powder BCAAS and am so obsessed with it that I wanted a more accessible way to drink it. That’s not this product. It tastes like I’m drinking corn syrup with blue flavoring. 🤮 I’ll still use powder BCAA’s forever but I’m going to struggle to get through the amount I had to order for the enhancers.

Good product, poor service
I like the product itself, but the service has not been good. I ordered two products from BPI, but I only received one of them and the second product was something I did not order. I emailed BPI and they said that they would file a claim and send me the right order. It’s been almost two weeks and I haven’t gotten anything or been emailed about the situation.

Ive been using the HD Whey Protein and …
Ive been using the HD Whey Protein and I loved it, but I recently ordered it again and they changed the scoop size, requiring more powder and it is so thick and clumps up and I have a really hard time getting it down. I guess they needed to add more fillers then protein and I am disappointed.

Get samples first so you don't regret it
2 Separate flavors of CLA both are AWFUL and leave a film in your mouth ... BPI wouldn't let me return for refund or exchange ... get samples of their products before making a purchase ... I'll be going back to Cellucor products. These are awful.
