Did not receive a response to my request for a return. The item I purchased and wish to return is unopened in the original packaging and I had submitted the request 9 days ago and still have not received contact from a representative or a return authorization number or packaging label.

I received the wrong product and after contacting BP and they said they would ship it the correct product it’s been over 3 weeks and still haven’t received anything yet.

100% honesty, not making this stuff up. I bought the Cookies and Cream protein and it is sickeningly sweet to the point where I gag just to drink it. Tried mixing it in with some foods just to make use of it, and it overpowers everything. Terrible taste, and the refund policy states you cannot return the protein if you open it. Very understandable, but with how bad it tastes and at the price I paid for it, I'm very upset I cannot get my money back.

Never received package. Google autocorrected the incorrect address, which is my fault i submitted it without throughly looking through the order. But i followed up with an email immediately to see if i can have this fixed before shipping. 3 weeks no package or response.

Just recently I purchased two new Pre-workout products. The One that I tried, I just couldn't do. The taste made me nauseous the whole entire day. I will just stick with my BCAA'S from now on. I wrote you to find out if I could return them. I was told the one that was opened, I could only get an exchange. The other would be refunded back to me. I have received my exchange from you promptly. As far as my refund, I have reached out twice to you already. I explained, I wanted to place another order. Was wondering if I could get a credit on my account, or you could just credit my card. Please help me get a response! Your shipping is fast, returns, are TERRIBLE! Upset for how long this takes. Bought this product with the understanding if I wasn't satisfied I could return it. Gained weight over the first 2 weeks so I contacted the company. Got the run around asking about my diet and workout schedule, responded then NOTHING, had to contact them again to ask where we were at (and let them know I gained again in the 3rd week of using these products) for them to tell me that it's too late, and if the product is opened I can't return it even if it was a poor product that I have 0% satisfaction with. Save yourself some time and order a REAL keto product, or just eat the right foods.
