Got the pre-workout. They gave me my discount refund back. Took over a month but they did it. It tastes pretty good and is my coffee substitute sometimes if I don’t have time to make coffee in the morning.

Great product. Terrible customer service. I've been working with then for a couple of weeks growing frustrated with the lack of information they provide. Update 3/15 Was able to speak with someone from BPI sports and was able to get some context and they worked to improve thier customer service. I appreciate thier willingness to strive to be a better company as they continue to grow. As well as hear me out as a new customer...Will definitely continue to order from them in the future!

I bought the Best BCAA and ISO HD. They are good but the only problem I had is with the Best BCAA(Green Fusion) since it is so sweet. Besides that, those are good products I would recommend to many of my friends.

They sent me the wrong flavored protein powder, but I didn't really want to deal with the hassle of returning it. I wanted vanilla, but got chocolate brownie. Close enough, so I just kept it.
