Items left out
Since I spent a certain amount I was supposed to receive two free complementary gifts, one was a powder substance, blox I think, the other was an amino drink enhancer, the powder was hard as a brick and I did not receive the drink enhancer. I get that they were free but it would be nice if they did what they said they would

Do not keep you adequately informed
I ordered the items online with a wonderful discount no hassle quickly and easily. I received order update and the last thing I received was one that said it was in packing. A couple days later I received a package with three of the four items inside. The packing slip only had three of the four items so I didn't think anything of it. More than a week after that, I received a shipping email stating that the items were shipped. Upon clicking on the tracking number this was for the shipment I received a week prior so the email was late. The email also sure that all four items have shipped. After calling customer service, I was advised the one item was on back order and that they would ship it as soon as they could. I was finally able to receive the other item more than three weeks after my original order. The shipping/tracking of the packaging is poor and I was never notified the item was on back order

Good product but poor customer service
While I love the products I have used, the customer service is extremely poor. I ordered a 5 pound tub of protein powder and received the wrong flavor. I filled out the support request form and heard nothing back for almost a week so I sent another email to the support department. Still I have heard nothing back. There is currently no way through the website to return items, even when logged into your account. It appears I am now stuck with a $70 tub of protein that is not what I ordered and is a flavor I do not care for. I would not recommend your company to others.

awful customer service
Was sent the wrong product. Filed a complaint and the customer service rep told me that they would fix the problem and send me the correct product. I still haven’t received the product that I actually ordered and it’s been over 2 weeks. The products are good but the service is beyond poor.

Have placed two orders. Get them quickly, no complaint there but my last order was not the correct product have yet been able to get in contact with them to get my order corrected.

Took my products an unreasonable about …
Took my products an unreasonable about of time to order. The standard shipping said 3-5day to deliver. After a week of of waiting and no update on the status of my order besides “packing” I had to email BPI sports just to get a responce.
