The quality of my creatine was horrible. Sent me running to the bathroom every time that I took a serving. I hope I can get a refund from this product as there is no way I will be able to use this product again.

The consistency is horrible. It doesn’t blend well not even in the blender. The taste isn’t so great and the scoop is way to big it makes the shake extremely thick.

I ordered 2 large containers of protein powder, 1 chocolate brownie flavor and one vanilla cookie Flavor. Shipping was slow and when the package DID finally arrive I received Peanut butter candy bar flavor. I emailed BPI and sent pictures of the incorrect product and still have never even received a reply. Also the website is difficult to even FIND how to email them.

The customer service is non existent. I emailed 4/5 inquiring about my order status with zero response. Only to find weeks after I placed my order they cancelled it with no explanation. Hugely disappointed. If I could rate 0 stars I would have.

Unfortunately this was a poor experience from BPI Sports who products I love but customer services is very poor. Purchased a product on a Monday and didn’t get an update on the order other than it wS received. I called BPI on the Friday and they stated it hadn’t been shipped yet and that they would resolve the issue and get it shipped ASAP. I called back on Tuesday the next week after getting no further service updates from BPI and they stated that my order had been cancelled because of potential fraud. I was eventually refunded my money and received no products. Took a week and a half to get nothing. Frustrating. Jim H

Codes didn't work. Was not getting a response from anyone when I called and messaged on FB. I'm not sure if I got charged or not when I tried to put in an order 10 TIMES!

The webpage login account was bad I wasn't able to get inside to see the status of the item and when the item arrived which was a protein the protein came up with a different flavor. In addition the customer service is very Poor I was not able to Reach them by phone. Nor email

I am still waiting to hear back from them since APRIL 20th. I think it’s unacceptable not to respond to your customers at all. I understand if the issue can’t be fixed but they should at least reply. I will not place another order until they respond.
