Okay, I ordered 2 5 lb tubs of chocolate brownie protein along with a free thing of best aminos. The best aminos came right away but no protein and no reason why. I had to call to find out they ran out of stock. They explained what happened and when I would receive my protein. They were right on, I received it today (14 days after my order, that's my reason for deducting a star as well as not being notified why my protein was shipping initially). However, BPI was totally honest with me and my order came through finally.I will buy from BPI again because of their honesty. We have to understand mistakes happen.

The products I have received are exactly what they say. The only thing that was wrong is that I got the wrong flavor of protein powder. I have enjoyed most of everything I have tried except for a few flavors that I wish I could exchange out but seeing how I have opened them I can't. Which brings me to the only that I would change about BPI.. their return policy isn't that great. If you have opened something good luck exchanging it. Everything I have read says no.. not possible unless its something they messed up on.

I paid for two day shipping and it didn’t arrive in 2 days but when I called the reimbursed me with no hesitation and the products are great! Love the whey protein and the 1MR!

Ordered on a Tuesday and received everything on Monday. Was updated regularly order status. Everything ran smoothly.
