Items came fairly quickly within the time frame given, my only issue is that I ordered 2 tubs of protein and both tubs came with the wrapper around the lid slightly loosened and the seal had separated--I'm guessing between the intense cold we faced and knocked around in shipping--and it was a little messy opening the containers since it hadn't been fully sealed.

Good timely delivery and products are quality. However, I was promised a free bottle of Micronized Creatine with my order as it was $50; in fact, I actually added an item to ensure my total was well above $50. I did not receive any creatine in my package. Overall, not the most satisfied, but I didn't feel the need to create a separate complaint/ticket. Thank you for the mediocre experience BPI.
