Welll the product is fantastic but i have to give a big thumbs down for how long it took to actually get my products. Almost two weeks and multiple calls to support and they finally sent it out. They had an issue with their systems and something with amazon but didn’t really communicate the problems and it was quite frustrating. I will order again though as the product was is fantastic but will probably go straight through amazon.

Ordered 3 products and 2 of 3 arrived the next day. The third product was placed on back order, which I was never informed of. After two calls into BPI Customer Service I was informed of the back order. I was offered a different flavor and promised overnight shipping. As of this writing I still have not received the 1 M.R. I like the ISO HD, but am considering not using BPI going forward.

I don’t care for that it’s a thicker powder, I was wanting something more fine like sand texture. It tastes good but it has a bad aftertaste.

My first order went through great. I got my products in a very timely manner. However, I ordered a second container of protein and mailed it to a friend and they didn't receive it and no one has gotten back to me about whether it shipped or not.

I put in a code for a discount it did apply. then when I pay the price when up again they charge me the full price. When my package arrived it was the wrong product I ordered best protein and I got "bulk something" contacted customer service and they said they was going to refund me the discount. But they never said anything about the wrong product. Until now I haven't received any refund or response 😡

I spent $70 and I was sent the wrong product. I contacted them and they said they will send the correct product but it's been a couple weeks already and haven't received anything.
