They got held back by 2 weeks on my order but once I emailed them I got it in 2 days later. Idk how I feel about that though.

best protein I’ve had. Mixes well and fast and doesn’t clump. Shipping could have been faster and better tracked but otherwise really good stuff.

After i placed my order i was very upset as customer service was not responding to my emails. However once i decided to call the guy on the line was super helpful. He apologized for the delay, explained the backorder and gave me all the information about my package. I’ve since had a few chocolate protein shakes and love the taste! Will definitely buy again.

Great product started see gains after about 3 weeks. We all know it's extremely hard to see results in yourself basically because you see yourself everyday.

There were some issues with shipping but a representative from BPI called and fixed it. He apologized for the inconvenience and made things right. I will gladly order again soon!

Ordered the ISO HD s’mores flavored protein; taste is on point, but the texture is thick

The products are great. They have gained my trust over the time ive used them. However I was very disappointed with the customer service online. I ordered quite a bit of stuff and received some wrong product. I was impressed that the got back to me the next morning. They did ask for more pictures after tgey had been sent the first time. I complied and let them know I understand mistakes happen, after tge second email I sent them they have not got back to me. Eventually I called the number from the email and they hung up on me twice. This truelly isnt the Vision James has for the company and I hope this doesnt happen regularly.

Got cookies and cream. Honestly thought it tasted wonderful. I would definitely buy it again. Love cookies n cream
