Customer Service Could Be Better
The quality of protein and supplements I ordered from this website were more than satisfactory and are now part of my daily routine! The one concern I do have is that I contacted customer service after trying to apply the New Year discount code to my order. It was rejected due to expiration, however when I went online to order something else a week later, I tried the code again (as it was still being promoted on the website) and it seemed to be working fine. Someone reached out and emailed me that I would be reimbursed for the difference, but never received anything back. Hopefully next time any discount code I use will work properly, or they could email customers back if refunds cannot be granted.

WRONG FLAVOR
I REACHED OU TO THE BPI TEAM REGARDING MY ORDER. I ORDERED VANILLA PROTEIN AND GOT CHOCOLATE INSTEAD. I ASKED HOW I CAN GET THIS FIXED AND I HAVE YET TO HEAR BACK. UPSET ON THAT END BECAUSE I REALLY DO NOT LIKE CHOCOLATE =(

Placed order
Placed order, order got put on hold with no explanation why. But money was taking out of account. E-mailed support 3 times never got a response. Even went of FB to the page and messaged them got all sorts of spam responses but never a actually answer to my question. Could not find a customer service number no where on either page. Finally received products.

Long product processing time
The lag time from when the product is in "packing" status to "shipped" status is extremely long, especially when fund have already been drafted.
