I got the shredded bcaa's, happy with the product efficacy but the watermelon ice flavor doesn't taste anything like watermelon. More like fruit punch

When I went online to order, the two products I was looking at were both showing on sale and listed separate promotion codes. However, when I placed the order, the system would only accept one promotion code, so I lost a 40% advertised discount on the second item (with code BEPRODUCTIVE). If you are going to advertise sale prices, the online order system should be equipped to process multiple promo codes when different sale items are being purchased!

I got my order. But it just took alittle longer then normal, Took 2 weeks and a half. I ordered the 5 gallon vanilla protein I really like it and I will be ordering more stuff soon. I just hope it comes sooner then almost 3 weeks

It took way too long to be delivered and when it arrived it was in a slightly damaged amazon prime box which I thought was weird since I ordered from their website. And I also did not even receive the free sample it showed as being delivered with my purchase

My item was 2 weeks late, and when I emailed customer service, I never got a reply. I had to hunt and find a number (which is not on their website) and call them. They were very unprofessional on the phone and you can hear the people cursing on the phone. When I called at first to tell them I hadn't recived my protein the man on the other end said "F%*k! ok Let me get some one" then I was bounced to two other people before talking to someone that could help. I won't retract my previous statement because what happened. But I had the chance to speak with Rodrigo, and he explained the reason for the experience. There was issue with a new system update and orders were being placed with product they didn't have. Though this issue happened, I am grateful for Rodrigo contacting me. He explained that he and his team of 3 other customer service reps are trying to make things right. I believe they are doing their best. Though this process was not good, I've had great success with their products and they haven't lost me as a customer.

Made my order on the 6th of Feb and didn't receive all of it till the 23rd of Feb. Sent two emails asking about the status and never heard anything back. Still haven't heard anything back and the delivery has been made.
