have not received product ordered
I made a purchase Oct 14 to be delivered and have not rec'd it. I notified BPI by email and I have not heard any thing.

Worst experience
I ordered Best Amino w/Energy and the Protein Bars. The order went through over a week ago and yet they have not been shipped yet. I contacted customer service 3 days ago and still no one has got back to me. One of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had. Will definitely not be using BPI again.

ITEMS NOT RECIEVED
Ordered over a week ago and process still says "getting ready for fulfillment" but my card was charged right away and still no update. Terrible to not even get a couple items ready/processed. If the item is out of stock then that should be posted as well.

Do you have to order a month in advance?
I placed an order on September 4th. It is now September 11th and I check on order status and my items have still not shipped at all.
