It's almost been two weeks and I have not received my purchase.

I've honestly had my worst experience ordering from bpi which is quite disappointing because I love the products. Though I do find it completely unreasonable that I have had to deal with the amount of issues I have with my order that almost two weeks later and STILL have yet to receive my order.

I ordered an item off the bpi website and it did not get shipped out until a week later and will not arrive for another week. Horrible service. Two weeks just for some protein.

Ordered and purchased 2 products that on paper, were shipped out at the same time but I only received 1 of the 2 items. Horrible service I haven't heard from anybody in days, the problem is not solved And I have still not received the product I am missing

These ups guys never deliver on time and I'm still waiting on my package that was supposed to be here on Monday but got moved to Tuesday cause the package got miss placed, so now I have to wait and it is currently Wednesday and I'm still waiting for my damn package BPI change your delivery carrier to FedEx or something. Point is UPS Sucks big time

I never received my order and every time I sent an email to let them now they never replied . Terrible attention to customers via email,

I placed an order for two items 15 days ago (10/21/16) and just this week I received one item but unfortunately for me it was NOT what I ordered so the wrong thing was shipped to me. The other item I ordered was protein and so far I'm still waiting on that. I sent an email trying to get someone to help me with these issues and I waited a couple of days but no one ever replied or tried to contact me. I then called customer service and the person I spoke with was very nice on the phone and said that they would send me a return label for me to send the wrong item back, but guess what?! I have not received that return label yet! I'm frustrated because this was my first time ordering BPI supplements and so far it has not been a good experience. Definitely not satisfied with this.
