I never received my order. I have tried contacting the company repeatedly and they have not been responding.

I placed my order almost a month ago
I placed my order almost a month ago, & I never received my product. I emailed customer support & was told to contact UPS, so now I'm in the process of trying to get a refund on the product through UPS. Your customer service quite frankly is terrible. I would never expect a customer to handle obtaining the refund herself--that's something a company should care about handling--and I was never offered any kind of replacement or refund whatsoever. I will never again try ordering from your company.

Bpi sports Best protein (chocolate brownie)
I ussually like all of the bpi sports products. I love the cookies and cream flavored best protein, but i recently ordered and tasted the bpi best protein chocolate brownie and it was absolutely disgusting. I dont know what to do with it sense i have 5 pounds of poop in a bottle.
