I tried ordering MULTIPLE times, but the order WOULD NOT go through. I kept getting a notification saying something has gone wrong and to retry. After retrying multiple times, I GOT CHARGED FOR ALL OF THE RETRIES. Of course I was able to cancel the orders except for the one I wanted although I shouldn't have even had to deal with the hassle of it.

The 1mr vortex had a good steady kick the bulk whey cookies n cream however tastes like cardboard. Rather cook some chicken and oats . It took 3 days for my order to ship

I have just received an email that said I had made a past purchase with bpi sports. The problem is, I have sent an order on the website and have a screenshot but was never charged and therefore the deal I was receiving is gone and higher in price. So why send me a spam email asking for my review if I never got the products? I called customer service but they were unable to duplicate which is not reasonable whatsoever because it was bpi sports problem not mine. I added two products to cart, checked out, and saw a page that said thank you for placing the order. What went wrong? Thanks.

I bought a coupon code via Pocket Points, and the code wasn't valid--it wouldn't allow my purchase to go through. I wasn't able to get my product, and I didn't receive any help from customer service.

If I could rate this product and the lackluster "customer service" I received less than 1 star, I would. Saying the Caramel Macchiato Keto Bomb is trash, is an understatement, this product is the scum you scrape off the bottom of the trash can. So, of course I want a refund or at the very least be offered an exchange for something else. In order to even communicate with someone at BPIsports to share my experience with their terrible product, I have to request communication through a portal on their website. No direct contact number. So you wait, until someone decides they want to email you back! Once someone finally responds to your request there will be a direct number, but don't expect much. I received a lot of passing the buck, no sense of urgency, and a lot of "upper management" says.. no real answers except to be told I am not special and my request for a refund will not be accommodated. I was asked if the product was opened. Yes, of course, how would I know it is the worst product BPIsports has to offer if I hadn't opened it! Do NOT trust this company, they do not care about the satisfaction of their customers.
