Your customer service is very poor. I ordered 4 days ago and called to inquire about shipment and got no help, in fact there was no help from anyone. The shipment took 4 days to ship and I paid for 2 day shipping. This was a gift for my boyfriend on his birthday and I was left empty handed on Friday. I will no longer be ordering from BPI because this was not the first time I have had problems with my orders. All they want to do is give me the 30% discount codes. I've received more of those codes the actually help. It is your job to have the staff and plan you need to acomadate everyone's orders! Words cannot describe the disappoment.

I never received my package. I contacted y'all about it and y'all said you would talk to UPS. I really want my product, but this process is taking a long time. I am completely out of the product that I ordered, and would really like to receive it soon. Super sad about this whole situation. My first experience with ordering from y'all was great.

Bad experience, didn't get what I tried to order - twice.

I tried buying a pre-workout twice and my purchase would not go through. I even used 2 different credit cards.

This is my second time ordering thru Bpi and this time when i received my protein tub it was visibly opened and protein had somewhat been spilled out. When I asked the customer service what they could do they just said send a picture of it to the online site and then send it back. Just didn't like how it was handled.

I never received my order. I was not told you do not ship to post office box. You used UPS who delivered it to a town o do not live in. UPS had been unhelpful. Last time I use either one of you! I'm out $60.00! Yeah, thanks for nothing.

This brand was recommended to me by a friend- so I tried it. I order two different flavors- both were awful. The return policy states that only unopened items can be returned. This policy does nothing for people that are dissatisfied with the product. I will be sticking with my previous brand and will not order BPI products in the future. Complete waste of money.
