My 1st purchase with BPI was smooth placed purchased more product however, up to now haven’t received my orders. contacted customer service so many time’s. they kept telling me my product is back order its been weeks and i still havent heard any update. Called them directly the customer agent was helpful poorly service. Rude agent that shouldn’t be working for a reputable company.

Ordered CLA + Cartinine in rainbow ice flavor. It tastes AWFUL. But their return policy is unooened only. So I'm stuck with it. Can't even drink it is so bad. Waste of money.

Never received my product in the mail. BPI still has my money. I love BPI products and have ordered several times from Amazon with no problems. I found a 30% off promo code for the BPI website, so I ordered directly from them. Somehow, my package was forwarded, and then returned to sender. I filed a claim on the internet. Customer service replied and said they will send the it to the compliance team and I would be contacted shortly. NOBODY has contacted me in 2 weeks. I called 3 times and each time customer service said they will send it to compliance and I will be contacted in 1-2 days. Anyway, still no resolve. And BPI has my money while I'm sitting here with no products and absolutely no answers. Unacceptable!

I had a sample of BPI protein from GNC a while back that made me buy two BPI protein tubs when I ran out of my current protein. The tubs tasted nothing like the sample. They were chalky and frankly undrinkable. Took forever to mix and looked almost like paste. I'm really disappointed in the product and in the money I wasted on them. I have also seen many negative reviews after tasting my protein describing the exact same thing. I don't think I've ever been so unsatisfied with a product.

Unfortunately, our shipping partner USPS delivered the package but was either delivered to wrong home or stolen. We immediately opened up a case to investigate the situation once we were informed by you.
