They sent me the wrong protein powder and 2 weeks later I still haven't received the correct protein powder. I've already finished the 1 tub of protein powder that came in the mail. They told me to not use the 2nd tub (incorrect flavor) they sent me because they want it back. At this point I'm over waiting for the correct protein and have already bought a different brand of protein since this company couldn't correct the issue in adequate time. I have not received any updates on the correction since I called over 2 weeks ago. I used to love BPI but no longer.

I am so glad I was asked to review my experience! It was and still is horrible! First they took two weeks to deliver my product. Once it was delivered they sent the wrong shirt. I am on day three of trying to receive my shipping label to return the wrong shirt. On top of that they won't even refund me until they receive the shirt they made a mistake on. I will never buy from them or their product again.

I paid for 3 to 5 days shipping and still have not received my item. And its been 18 days now! And I am still waiting!

Ordered a t-shirt 2-3 weeks ago and received a tank top. Still waiting on a return label to get a refund.

Order some profits never got them still waiting!!! It's been two weeks now I thought is was less then a week.. not happy👎🏼

Purchased the apple pear pre-workout because I heard everyone raving about how great it tasted or how great it worked during the gym. Taste wise, disgusting... I don't know if it was just the flavor I purchased or what, but in my opinion, apple pear tasted horrible... I was thinking maybe that even if it doesn't taste great (like a lot of other pre-workout brands) hopefully I'll still perform better! Performance wise, I didn't really notice a difference? I'm glad I didn't feel jittery but I feel like it didn't give me that push I needed. Really wanted to like the product but I guess it just didn't work for me.

Bought CLA + Carnitine in Snowcone. As I've been doing for the last 6 months or so. This last one tasted awful and felt unsafe to consume. Reached out to BPI, they said sorry NO EXCHANGES/RETURNS (I only wanted an exchange) on opened products. WOULDN'T HAVE KNOWN IT WAS BAD UNTIL IT WAS OPENED. They offered a 30% code for next purchase and said sorry! Wow!!
