I ordered 2 weeks ago and have no idea if my order has even been shipped yet. I assumed it would have been delivered by now. It’s been over 2 days since I submitted a ticket to customer service and I haven’t heard from them either.

Tried to cancel an online order that was placed within an hour beforehand and the customer service number was out of order. I chatted and emailed customer service to get it cancelled before processing but no one got back to me until the next day, when they informed me that they couldn’t cancel it and I would have to pay for the shipping to return the product. When asking the customer service rep if there was anything he could do for me since I tried to cancel the order immediately after submitting it, he simply said no. No offers to help or make it right. Will not order through this company again!
