I ordered from BPI on Sept 4th, their web site showed on sept. 11 that my order was still being processed. Sent two emails, one 9/11, that one was promptly answered the next business day. My order arrived on 9/12. My only complaint and reason for not giving five stars is their tracking system online seems to not be working. Otherwise, great service!!

Very happy with the product. I thought I was going to get an email with the tracking info, I didn't, but then I saw that the order had arrived the next morning after I had sent customer service an email. Placed the order on the 2nd and got it on the 10th. Thank you very much. Looking forward to placing more orders with you guys.

What is taking it so long to get here!

Very impressed with everything but the packaging. The lid doesn't tighten and hold. Had the product less than a week and lost a third of the powder when carrying jug and lid came off and product spilled all over the floor. Will put into my own container going forward.

Product arrived in four days, poor packaging and in that they damaged the protein bars I ordered. Half were smushed in the box.

I order the 24/7 Vitamins and the BCAAs. Both times I have ordered from them, I have received my products in 3-5 business days. The BCAAs taste and blend great. The vitamins turn your urine to a bright color, so just hydrate and don't be concerned. I have had good enough experiences with these products to consider ordering different types of products from BPI.
