Was missing item, customer service took days to get back

Mal, pésimo, nunca pude comprar desde Ecuador para que sea enviado a una dirección en Estados Unidos, ni con tarjeta de crédito ni PayPal, frustrado es poco, revisar su sistema para que en un futuro se pueda comprar desde cualquier parte del mundo. Bad, terrible, I could never buy from Ecuador to be sent to an address in the United States, or credit card or PayPal, frustrated is little, check your system so that in the future you can buy from anywhere in the world. BPI was running a Black Friday deal, where if you spent over $50, you got a free Creatine. I did, but when my packager arrived, the Creatine was not included. When I contacted customer support, I was told that it was while supplies lasted and to keep an eye out for future promotions. The "better luck next time" response was completely unacceptable, and I will NOT be ordering from BPI again in the future, as there are many supplement companies to chose from.

Order during there thanksgiving sale. Only received one item. Contacted customer service numerous times, finally got ahold of someone said the must file a claim and look for the missing product. Then they said they would send me a 30% off coupon for December the same that is on their website. What a joke, Never buying or recommending this product. Get your customer service in check.

I ordered 4 items. I have only gotten 3 of them. They were ordered around thanksgiving and I have gotten nowhere in getting it. I spoke to someone who was very unprofessional and he said I didn't get my item because it was out of stock. Then why was I able to order it. That should not be happening. He said he would be calling me back and never did. Very unhappy with customer service!!

I had an order of almost 120 dollars and paid for upgraded shipping, my order was late by over a week. Then I tried getting in contact with them to send it back an their customer service is terrible. Highly unsatisfied.

For the amount of money I paid for the amount of product I actually got in the Keto Bomb ketogentic creamer is not acceptable. The amount of powder is less than half of the actual container.

I am no longer ordering online for any of your products. I still have not received my 1MR snow cone preworkout that was ordered Nov 4th. I have sent countless emails in regards to an update on my order and I have only received 1 update that "its on its way". Bad customer service.
