Worst customer service ever! I got in on the XMAS special with a huge savings. Paid through a VERIFIED paypal, shipping to the address on file with paypal. Nothing strange at all. They took a week to do anything then finally say they could not verify my address on file with my credit card. WHAT CREDIT CARD? I paid with paypal which I put funds in there. Paypal confirmed there was no such denial of verification and that my address is fine and that my account is verified and all merchants see that. The refuse to respond as they know they are in the wrong. I will never order their product again. THEIR loss.

My order contained the wrong item and after more than a week they have failed to send me what I ordered. I just want my preworkout and then i will never order from bpi again

I tried to make a purchase in the December seasons to have several supplements and the site never allowed me to make the purchase, I do not understand why they have a page and they say that by this means you can buy and you can never, bad service .... pesimo service, try, buy on different days and no, I could never, I made 9 attempts and never could ... so the service the terrible .....

Ordered products almost a month ago and still have not received them. The site could use a better tracking system so I would have a better idea of when to expect my package/ supplements.

The product itself I can't really comment on yet as I've only been using it a few days and haven't noticed a difference yet. However, this was my first time ordering from BPI sports and will be my last. My order was only shipped after I followed up with their customer service team. Then once shipped, they use a 3rd party delivery service - some off brand carrier (laser something) - who had my package out for delivery for 3 days and when I contacted them said it was marked lost. It was then delivered the next day. Altogether it was a very poor customer experience. Especially for something like supplements that you usually order when you're low on it and not terribly far in advance. I wouldn't order with them again.
