Bad experience it has been 15 days and my product have not shipped and no one answers my messages, I want my money back

This is second time that I’ve ordered a product and was shipped the wrong product. Customer service is beyond nonchalant about it. As a matter fact it’s been 3 days and I’ve yet to receive a response with my concerns. A part of my order was a large tub of Vanilla protein and what I reveived was S’mores flavor

Delivered the wrong protein flavor. I emailed them with the picture. They responded saying they would create a return ticket, it’s been a week and I still haven’t heard back... sucks because I love the products from BPI but now I don’t trust ordering them online anymore.

I would like to think that their products are pretty good however their customer service is terrible. They sent me out the wrong product and after 3 weeks of waiting for the correct product I am now having to contact them again to ask them where the heck it's at. I know mistakes happen but it's all about how you rectify the problem. My problem is still unresolved and it is very frustrating. I just sent them another email today so hopefully someone will get off their butts and send me what I paid for

I ordered produces 3 weeks ago and still haven’t received anything

I still have not received my product almost a month later. I provided CS with all of their requested information. They stopped responding to my emails about a week ago. I am at a loss, I have never experienced such bad service. I have requested a refund twice now. Still no update.

Never received my item. Order status said “packing” for almost a week. online says it’s been delivered but I have yet to get my BCAA powder. Ive emailed BPI twice now this week and no one replies to me. So, i’ve lost $30 and have no BCAA’s. thanks a lot, BPI. great first (and last) imprsssion!

I gave BPI Sports one star due to the fact that I ordered a BCAA Shredded and a BCAA Energy. Both came in together in the same box but the BCAA Shredded was busted. The lid on it was damaged during shipping and caused it to spill in the box. So I called BPI Sports and spoke to someone. He asked me to take pictures of the damage and email it to him which I did. A few days went by and I haven't heard anything back from them, not even to let me k now that they received my email and something is going to be done about it. I then called back and and the same guy says that he has to wait for their claims department to get back to him. It's been just about 2 weeks now and I still haven't heard from anyone about replacing the product. I'm definitely not happy with the situation.
