The services is bad, cause I'm still waiting for my order that it was place 2 weeks ago.

Order still hasn't shipped, it has been over a week, and still in packing. No email stating what is going on with shipment

Been waiting for 2 weeks now for a 5 pound container of protein. I’ve contacted support twice and haven’t heard anything back. Terrible customer service.

Never received the products I ordered. Called 3 times, first time they knew that they hadn't shipped the protein powder but blamed the post office and let me believe both items were shipped. The second time the computer system was down and they would return my call. Third time I called everyone was in a meeting aside from the person answering the phones, was told they would have to call me back, unfortunately I was hung up on before I could provide any info. Had to file a complaint with the bank so I didn't loose my money. I cannot recommend shopping with BPI.

I never received my protein and its been more than two weeks.

Never received my product even after calling and being told another one was being shipped in 2 day shipping. After 2 weeks, requested a refund.. still waiting on refund.

Never received protein, only the free liquid aminos included with order. Called customer service and was told someone would call me back. Never happened. Emailed customer support multiple times. No response. Literally the worst customer service ever. I totally got scammed by ordering from this company. Buyer beware!!

Placed order on 2/1 and have received free best aminos but not best protein I have purchased... it's been 2 weeks and after contacting customer support and have been told lies about overnight shipping it to me I still have not received my order... that's very bad business.
