I placed an order for two tubs of best protein on Jan. 31st, with this order I received a free bottle of best Aminos. The best aminos were shipped out immediately and received at my place on Feb. 2nd. The protein was listed as shipped on Feb.1st with an expected delivery time of 6 business days, which would've put them to arrive approximately last Friday the 9th. When they didn't arrive by Monday the 12th I looked up the tracking info and the only number listed fir tracking showed the best aminos being delivered on Feb. 2nd so I sent an email to BPI, on Monday evening(the 12th) asking for an updated tracking info and/or an E.T.A. on the delivery of my protein and then sent an additional email again on Thursday the 15th, It is now Saturday the 17th and I still have not received a reply to either of my emails nor have I received my protein. I love the BPI products and have been using them for awhile but I am very disappointed in the customer service.

BPI sucks. I ordered something on Feb 2 and still have not received it. I have been sent zero updates on my order since the day I bought it. I called on Monday and finally figured out that my order that went through has been back ordered and they never reached out to me to tell me that. They said it should be in stock by the end of the week and I still haven't received any updates. I guess I'll never get it.

I just called in about my protein order that was supposed to come a week ago. They put me on hold for 6 minutes and then the guy said that it was because of a "computer glitch" and that my order was backordered. Never ever buy anything from these shitbags.

Put in an order for 5lb of protein. Said that it was shipped when it was supposed to be but when it showed up only had a free sample of amino water additive. So when I called in I was notified that there had been some confusion and the order was split in half. They were going to overnight me the order and five me 40% off of my next purchase. This has been a week now and still have not received the order or been notified. Not sure what is going on here .....

If you want a half a** job done, BPI is your go to. Excuse me for my language. I wanted to give BPI a try because my friends recommended it. As for my first order, it was complicated and my order was sent out incomplete. So I shoot them an email about my missing package and they assured me, they will sent out and overnight shipment the following business day. Now it's 2 weeks later and I still haven't received anything and I am normally a patient person but this has gotten out of hand. So I sent out another email regarding the previous issue I had and the person responding to my email didn't bother trying to help me. They sent me the old tracking number which says my package was delivered but not the new overnight one. So that tells me the person responding to me didn't bother checking the tracking at all and/or probably didn't read my email attachment. So I've asked for my refund and to opt my email out of their system and hopefully they listen because this is just ridiculous when I could've just stuck with other supplement providers.

Communication is bad. Still haven’t received refund & was never told about back order. Would never order direct from BPi again. Stick to ordering products from bodybuilding.com or a another website

Placed an order 1/31 requested an update, a response with discount code was provided and told there was a glitch in the system which caused order error. Was advised would have it shipped next day over night. A week later, requested a second update was told item was on back order (never received a courtesy email) have yet to receive my order. I have called requesting a refund only to be told a c.s. representative will call me back... have yet te receive a call bacl, refund, or order. It is now March 1st for an order placed Jan. 31st. This is the worse experience ever dealt with a company.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! I placed an order more than two weeks ago and have yet to receive it. I wasn’t given a tracking number and have no idea when it’s suppose to arrive. I’ve called and I’m told everyone is on lunch break . I’ve emailed and have yet to receive a reply.
